Chicago Cinema 4D Meeting TONIGHT! July 7th 2010

If you are in near Columbia College this evening in Chicago, you might want to get your butt over to the Monthly Chicago C4D Meeting to mingle with those of similar interests. The meeting starts around 6:30pm and goes until 9:30, and feel free to bring your reel to show off your work! Check out the epic teaser video after the jump.

Chicago C4D has a great July meeting lined up. Mike Petrik of SolidLine Media will be covering the basics of a walk cycle for 3D character animation, from basic principles of gravity and movement to final execution. The rig being used in the demo is a free creative commons character, used courtesy of C4Danimator.com. Feel free to grab the rig before the demo and follow along!
